PP stands for polypropylene. Nw is the abbreviation of non woven, that is, non-woven. It is the fiber through the air flow or machine woven into a network, and then by shot peening, acupuncture or hot rolling reinforcement, and finally finished into the non-woven fabric.

PPNW stands for non-woven fabric made from PP fiber. Due to the nature of pp itself, the final performance of the cloth is high strength, but poor hydrophilicity. The PPNW process is usually spun into mesh, hot-rolled rebar. Generally PPNW is widely used in packaging bags, surgical protective clothing, industrial cloth and so on.

SMS non-woven fabric (English: Spunbond+meltblast+Spunbond nonwovens) is a composite non-woven fabric, spunbond and melt-blown composite products, with high strength, good filtration performance, binderless, non-toxic and other advantages. At present, it is mainly used in surgical clothes, surgical caps, protective clothing, hand-washing clothes, handbags and other medical and health labor protection supplies.

Stable spunbond, Chinese translation is spunbonded non-woven fabric; M stands for melt-blown, meaning melt-blown nonwovens. In the non-woven fabric process, there is a sandwich structural material called SMS, which is spunstick-melt-blowout-spunbond structure. This material combines the good strength of spunbonded cloth and the good barrier property of melt-blown cloth, and is often used for medical materials. Some of the abbreviations you mentioned, we don't use them very often.
