To meet the new requirements of industrial development for standardization work and further leverage the service, support and leading role of standards in industrial technological innovation, quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, as well as green and sustainable development, the China Industrial Textiles Association has recently begun to solicit demands for standard projects in the field of industrial textiles and nonwovens.

The scope of collection includes

Standardization of scientific and technological achievements: In the "National Standardization Development Outline", the standardization of scientific and technological achievements has been entrusted with an important mission and has become a key link in promoting national innovative development, industrial upgrading, and high-quality economic development. The association welcomes all relevant parties to actively promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements at all levels into standards and accelerate the application and promotion of scientific and technological achievements.

New technology, new product and new process standards: Standard projects based on the application of new materials and new technologies, the development of new technologies and new products, the innovation of new business forms and new models, as well as cross-border integration and innovation in the industrial chain, to promote the innovative development and application promotion of high-tech advanced textiles.

New methods and evaluation criteria based on consumption and application demands: Standard items such as new function evaluation and testing methods developed with the aim of meeting consumption experience and user requirements.

Green and low-carbon: Standard projects such as quantification methods and requirements for carbon footprints of related products, low-carbon products, energy conservation and consumption reduction, etc.

Intelligent manufacturing: Typical application projects of digitalization and intelligence in the industry.

Standard projects for textile-based materials, products and related performance testing methods that have been matched with national defense and military equipment.

After evaluating the projects based on a comprehensive assessment of factors such as policy direction, industry development trends, technological maturity, and the foundation for standard preparation, the China Industrial Textiles Association will respectively recommend the establishment of national standards, national military standards, industry standards, and group standards.
