Classification of nonwoven fabrics

Classification according to production process:

1, spunlaced non-woven fabric:

High-pressure microjets of water are sprayed onto one or more layers of fiber webs to tangle the fibers together, thus reinforcing the webs to a certain degree of strength.

2, heat bonded non-woven fabric:

It refers to the addition of fibrous or powdery hot melt bonding material to the fiber network, and then the fiber network is reinforced into a cloth by heating, melting and cooling.

3, pulp air mesh non-woven fabric:

Also known as dust-free paper, dry papermaking non-woven fabric. It is the use of air mesh technology to loosen the wood pulp fiberboard into a single fiber state, and then use the air stream method to agglutinate the fiber on the mesh curtain, and then strengthen the fiber network into cloth.

4, wet non-woven fabric:

The fiber raw materials placed in the water medium are loosened into a single fiber, and different fiber raw materials are mixed to make fiber suspension slurry. The suspension slurry is transported to the mesh forming mechanism, and the fiber is formed into a net in the wet state and then reinforced into a cloth.

5, spunbond non-woven fabric:

After the polymer has been extruded and stretched to form a continuous filament, the filament is laid into a net, and the fiber net is then self-bonding, thermal bonding, chemical bonding or mechanical reinforcement methods to make the fiber net into a non-woven fabric.

6, melt-blown non-woven fabric:

The process: polymer feeding → melt extrusion → fiber formation → fiber cooling → mesh → reinforcement into cloth.

7, acupuncture non-woven fabric:

A kind of dry non-woven fabric, acupuncture non-woven fabric is the use of stinging needle puncture effect, the fluffy fiber network reinforcement into cloth.

8, stitched non-woven fabric:

A kind of dry non-woven fabric, the sewing method is the use of warp knitting coil structure to strengthen the fiber network, yarn layer, non-textile materials (such as plastic sheets, plastic thin metal foils, etc.) or their combinations to make non-woven fabrics.
