Li Lingshen pointed out in his speech that in recent years, under the decision-making and deployment of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the textile and garment industry in Xinjiang has developed rapidly, and the industrial supporting system has been gradually improved. A number of industrial textile projects that fully leverage Xinjiang's resource, geographical and market advantages have also taken root in Xinjiang. As an important node city in the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt, Alar City of the First Division has already established a relatively solid foundation in industrial textiles and is in a leading position in Xinjiang. It is hoped that Alar will take advantage of the situation, seize the opportunity and build Alar industrial textiles into an important part of Xinjiang's modern textile industrial system. Combining the development trends of the industry and local advantages, he put forward three suggestions for the development of industrial textiles in Alar: First, expand diverse application scenarios and deeply cultivate niche markets; Second, attach importance to the construction of basic capabilities to consolidate the foundation for development. The third is to optimize the business environment and service guarantees.

Li Guimei, under the title of "Industrial Textiles Promoting High-Quality Development of Xinjiang's Textile Industry", shared in detail the current industrial situation and advantages of Xinjiang's industrial textiles in light of the industry's development. Regarding the future development of industrial textiles in Xinjiang, she proposed: Taking industrial textiles as an important supplement to Xinjiang's textile and garment industry, and formulating corresponding industrial development plans and action plans; Refine and implement the policy measures to support industrial textiles; Attach importance to the sales and engineering applications of geotextiles for construction, agriculture, tents and sails, and filtration in Xinjiang and its surrounding areas, and attract more high-quality project investments through the market. Develop the spunlace and spunbond nonwoven fabric industries and extend the industrial chain to promote the consumption of high-quality medical and health products; Attach great importance to the construction of scientific and technological innovation capabilities for local industrial textiles in Xinjiang, and cultivate high-quality scientific and technological talents and industrial worker teams.
