Spunlaced nonwoven materials

1, cellulose fiber: This kind of fiber has good hygroscopic property, soft feel, and has natural biodegradation to human allergic reaction, very suitable for medical health materials.

2, synthetic fibers: polyester, nylon, these fibers high strength, good elasticity, often used to provide strong elongation for spunlaced non-woven fabric, such as synthetic leather base cloth, clothing adhesive lining, a variety of coating materials.

3, special fiber: wood pulp fiber, microfiber, glass fiber, etc. Wood pulp fiber is a new raw material developed in spunlaced nonwovens in recent years. Its high hygroscopicity makes it mixed with other fibers, thus opening up a new field of application of spunlaced nonwovens. The combination of microfiber and spunlace technology adopts the conventional carding and laying process to mesh the split fiber. Then the high pressure water in spunlace is used to impact the fiber and crack the fiber to form spunlace cloth.
