Spunlace non-woven fabric, as the core material of wet wipes, uses high-pressure fine water flow (60-250 bar) to interweave the fiber network, avoiding the chemical adhesives in traditional textiles and achieving the environmentally friendly feature of "physical entanglement". Compared with ordinary non-woven fabrics, the spunlace process endows the material with three major advantages:

Soft and skin-friendly: The cross-laid web technology makes the fibers have a three-dimensional structure. Baby wipes commonly have a weight of 40-60gsm. When the ratio of viscose to polyester reaches 7:3, the touch is close to that of pure cotton.

Strong and durable: The combination process of straight laying and drum spunlace optimizes the longitudinal and transverse strength ratio to 1.2:1, making the wet wipes less likely to deform when pulled.

Green and safe: It adopts RO pure water treatment (with a circulation volume of up to 150 cubic meters per hour), and is combined with EDI purification technology to remove 99% of inorganic salt residues.
