Construction method of building Roofing Nonwoven :

First, the laying method of non-woven fabric:

1. Roll by hand; Cloth surface should be smooth, and leave a deformation margin.

2. The installation of filament or filament geotextile is usually used by several methods of bonding, stitching and welding. The width of stitching and welding is generally more than 0.1m, and the lap width is generally more than 0.2M. Geotextiles that may be exposed for a long time should be welded or stitched.

3. In the construction, the geotextiles above the geomembrane are naturally bonded, and the geotextiles above the geomembrane are stitched or welded with hot air. Hot air welding is the first connection method of filament geotextile, that is, the hot air gun to the connection of two pieces of cloth instantaneously heated at high temperature, so that part of it reaches a melting state, and immediately use a certain external force to make it firmly bonded together. In the case of wet (rain and snow) weather can not be thermal adhesive connection, geotextile should take another method a suture connection method, that is, a special sewing machine for two-line suture connection, and the use of chemical UV resistant suture line.

4. Geotextile laying process requirements

4.1 Base inspection: check the flatness and firmness of the base. If there is a foreign body, the matter should not be handled properly.

4.2 Test laying: According to the site situation, determine the size of geotextile, cut to test laying, cutting size should be accurate.

4.3 Check that the width of the salah is appropriate, the lap should be smooth, and the tightness should be moderate.

4.4 Positioning: Use a heat gun to bond the overlapping parts of the two geotextiles. The distance between the bonding points should be appropriate.

4.5 When stitching the lap part, the suture line should be straight and the stitches should be even.

4.6 After stitching, check whether the geotextile is laid smoothly and whether there are defects.
